I have been married to a awesome man for 15 years who loves me like Christ loves the church! I have 1 child, and 3 stepchildren. I am very proud of my son, Johnathan who graduated from Highschool last year and is now a sophmore in college! Almost empty nest!
Since high school, I have become a mom, wife, and a long-time student completing a BBA, MS and almost finish with a PhD. I am ABD (All But Dissertation!) I am pursuing my goal of becoming a college professor in higher education by working at Atlanta Metropolitan College as an Adjunct Professor in the Social Science Division. My research interest are African-Americans: Progression, Retention & Diversity (particularly African-American Males).
I am a member of the Open Door Evangelistic Pentecostal Church in Northwest Atlanta. I believe that "It is not about how many dreams and visions you have but how many you make happen." - Dr. S.D. James II

No way Jose! No girl in the plans for me! I'm done!!! As my husband says, "That will set us back about 8 years!"...you know that whole empty nest thing! LOL
My sister that lives in NY is expecting and I'm hoping for a girl! It would be the 1st granddaughter, so my Dad is waiting on the edge of his seat for the ultrasound results!! What's going on in your world right now?
